Off my needles

Fingerless mitts, Crème de Noyaux, a lovely pattern. Test knit for fingertips:

Off my hook

This one took me a while, but it was worth it.

November was made of awesome

It started off with the Needler’s Retreat near Gananoque, which was filled with i-cord variations, holey knitting and bling knitting workshops by Suzanne Atkinson, Lucy Neatby and Francine Hebert. That’s already plenty awesome right there.

I had quite a bit of yarn left over from my workshop projects, enough anyway for a cowl I’ve had in my queue for a while. I changed it up a bit to account for the different colors and added an i-cord (heh!), so I can close it to a slouchy hat (tiger inspired):

Last not least I had a birthday that was celebrated in style, with lots of yummies, prezzies and a bit of *hicks* (pardon my bubbles).
