11°C – sunny

Took a class this morning to make thrummed mittens. Strange timing with spring peaking around the corner, but I’m sure the next winter will come at some point. These things incorporate pieces of roving that make a thick, soft lining. Super warm. Like sticking your hand in a sack full of wool fleece. Fun too. I almost finished one. Still have to do the thumb, though.
